Turnaround Time Varies with Product Type

Turnaround times varied for every product. Additionally, it is measured on working/business days only, eliminating weekends and holidays.

Instructions For Delivery Package

• Every one of our business cards is shipped in a genuine Color Print premier box.
• For all other orders, a sample of the printed material is attached and wrapped in protective brown paper outside of the paper bundle.
• Before it is packed, our supervisor does a quality check on every production order.
• In order to prevent damage during shipment, oversize orders are carefully packaged and sealed in brown corrugated boxes.

Instruction For Order Pickup

• Pickup service is only available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
• To avoid any form of disappointment, contact ahead to make sure your purchase is in fact ready and available for pickup.
• Parking is available at our factory’s location.
• When ordering products that are heavy or in big quantities, we highly advise against in-office pickup.
