Welcome to the Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) for colorprint.ae (referred to as the “Site” or “colorprint.ae”). In these Terms of Service, “colorprint,” our refer to colorprint.ae, while “you,” “your,” or “user” refer to you, the user of the Site.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contract between you and Digital Room, LLC, and apply to all users of the Site and any services provided through it. By using this website, you hereby agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

Furthermore, the order terms and conditions listed below are an integral part of these Terms of Service and are incorporated into them by reference.

If you and Digital Room, LLC have a separate agreement, the terms of that agreement will take precedence over any provisions of these Terms of Service in cases of inconsistency or conflict.

Please note that the website and its services are only intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Access to the website and the use of its services are expressly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18. By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

• It is presumed that Users have read and accept our company’s Terms and Conditions if they utilize our Services.
• The User is required to respect other people’s intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend our services and/or delete a user’s account if they violate (or are allegedly violating) any third party’s copyrights or intellectual property rights. This can happen with or without prior warning.
• No content that is inappropriate, offensive, sexually explicit, or violent in any way may be uploaded by a User. Accounts of users found uploading such material will be closed.
• Without our express permission, the User shall not duplicate, reproduce, store, transfer, quote, or modify any published materials of our Service or Site. Users who are caught breaking copyright laws will be prosecuted for their actions.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE AND TRADEMARKS

You acknowledge that all information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written content, and other materials and compilations included on this site (collectively, “Content”) are the property of Color Print, its licensees, and/or various third-party providers (collectively, “Providers”).

Nothing made accessible to users via the Site, whether by estoppel, implication, or otherwise, may be understood to grant any license or ownership interest in or to any materials published or otherwise made available through the Site or its services, save to the extent specifically specified otherwise by us. We expressly reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you in the Terms of Service.

The Copyright Act, applies to all reproductions and storage of content downloaded from this site in all formats, media, and technological developments currently in use or to be created in the future.

Corporate Identity and Trademarks ” colorprint.ae” and any other marks that may appear on this Site are registered trademarks of Color Print in the United Arab Emirates and other countries (“Trademarks”).

Without Color Print’s prior written approval, you are not permitted to use, reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the Trademarks in any way, including in advertising or publicity related to the distribution of materials on this Site.

Trademarks may not be used on any other website or in a network computer environment. The use of trademarks as “hot” links on or to any other website is forbidden by Color Print unless prior written consent from Color Print has been obtained.

PRICING AND  PAYMENT METHOD

• Cash on delivery, bank deposit, or a credit card must be used for payment.
• Users must pay the whole amount of the order (100%) or a down payment of 50% of the total amount. 50% of an order must be paid in advance, and the other 50% must be paid at delivery. We won’t be able to provide the printed materials if you don’t pay the outstanding payment.
• Order totals of 150 AED or less are the only ones that display the Cash on Delivery payment option.
• Only bank deposits or credit card payments accepted for orders over 150 AED. At this time, you can pay in whole or in half. Without it, we can’t fulfill your order.
• Before we can start printing on bank deposit payments, we need the evidence of payment supplied through the website. If you wait until the last minute to make payment, banks may take up to 2 business days for any transactions to reflect in their system, which could lead to production delays.
• It is the User’s obligation to confirm that all information given for the Order and its delivery will be accurate and that there are enough funds or credit options available to cover the entire amount of the Goods requested. In the event that a User’s deposit check bounces, we retain the right to impose a penalty of 500 AED.

USER SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT LICENSE

Users of social media are contacted by Color Print in order to obtain their consent to feature their favorite social media content, such as images, text, graphics, audio, video, location data, comments, and other items, on our website and in our marketing materials (hereinafter, “User Social Media Content”).

VAT

VAT at a standard rate of 5% will be charged on products and services in the UAE starting on January 1, 2018. We want to let you know that starting on January 1, 2018, all orders placed on colorprint.ae, whether through the website, by phone, email, or in person at the office, will include VAT where VAT is applicable. When you check out, 5% VAT will be added to your shopping basket.

ARTWORK/FILES SUBMITTED BY CUSTOMERS

Our planners and specialists create electronic or printed information from the artwork or data that website visitors or customers provide. The artwork and files that are submitted must be in CMYK format and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) at the final size.

We will not be held liable for printing that is contaminated, blurry, or pixelated since CMYK alteration causes color fluctuations. If the files are not accepted in the final size at 300 dpi and not in CMYK format.

You are accountable for the accuracy of your artwork/print-ready files as well as any issues relating to the layout or changing of the pages in your submitted papers.

Despite taking all reasonable safety measures to prevent the loss of your uploaded artwork or files, we cannot be held liable for any visual or file damage or destruction.

By contributing artwork or other materials to our website, you acknowledge that you are the legal owner of the material you submit and that you have all necessary rights to access the material once you have it.

We reserve the right to reject any order that, in our judgment, would be in violation of the rights of any other person or be inherently unconstitutional. You assume all contractual liability for the accuracy of the information handled and printed on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions. We retain the right to decline an order without providing a reason. Please know that we do not publish information that is offensive, immoral, or obscene.
